We operate a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problemsPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and remedy the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products ( such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
TradesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
